Serves a party
1 large onion, julienned
1 cup full fat Greek yogurt
Line a nonstick frying pan over medium heat with a little bit of olive oil. Throw onions in and cook for about 30-45 minutes, until the onions have significantly reduced and caramelized. As needed, lower the heat to make sure onions don’t burn.
To serve dip, throw cooled caramelized onions and add yogurt on top. Mix everything together and serve.
