Masala Fish


Serves 4


INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 tomatoes, small

  • 1 bunch cilantro

  • 2-3 green chilies, to taste

  • 4-5 pieces of garlic

  • 1 tbsp coriander powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • Salt, to taste

  • 4-6 pieces cod, or any white fish

DIRECTIONS

Put tomatoes, cilantro, green chilies, and garlic in a blender, blend this into a nice paste.

In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil. Once the oil has heated, add coriander powder, turmeric, and salt. Add the blended masala in and mix everything together until the aromas start to release.


Add the fish and turn up the temperature to medium-high. Cook for a minute and let the flavors all blend together while some of the water evaporates. After a minute, cook the fish on low for another 3-4 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
